Your purchase will be confirmed via email. The cancellation fee policy will take effect once you submit your reservation. If your purchase cannot be confirmed for any reason, we will fully refund your purchase without any additional charges. We recommend each customer read and review the cancellation policy.

Cancellation:

• CONCIERGE HOTLINE REQUIRES all cancellations be made 4 hours prior to the scheduled departure time to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made same day with less than 4-hour notice for tickets purchased or held will be charged in full and are nonrefundable. TRIPS BOOKED WITHIN 4 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE TIME ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

What CAN be Refunded:

• Some tours may require a minimum number of travelers to operate. The affected traveler will be fully refunded or may choose a similar tour product as a substitute. Should this occur, it would be under very rare circumstances.

• Please note that the product substitute chosen by the traveler may be more expensive than the original product and therefore may be subject to an additional cost.

• Any additional refunds based on extenuating circumstances will depend on the individual tour operator.

What CANNOT be Refunded:

• All hotel and tour schedules are arranged ahead of time. Any person failing to appear on the day of departure will not be refunded.

• No refund will be given for any portions of the tour unused by the traveler after tour departure regardless of circumstances.

Weather Policy:

Tours will go rain or shine. We all know the weather can be unpredictable. As we strive to make sure your adventure with us is the best it can be, sometimes we do have to deal with the issue inclement weather. If we cancel your trip due to any inclement weather issues, we will be in contact with you as soon as possible to work with you to either reschedule your trip or issue a full refund.

How to Cancel a Reservation

We will process your cancellation/refund request within one to seven business days. We will have to receive a call or email requesting the cancelation for the trip For additional information please call free (844) 235-0168 and refer to the confirmation number provided at the top of the confirmation page. Alcohol Policy

Alcohol cannot be consumed prior to participating in any activity. Guests arriving to check in with alcohol in their possession or under the influence will be restricted to take the tour.

Privacy Policy

By making an online reservation with Concierge Hotline, you expressly acknowledge that: (i) Concierge Hotline will send you e-mail(s) with such reservation and other related information and (ii) Concierge Hotline will send you a survey so that you can evaluate your experience with Concierge Hotline. Occasionally, we will send out emails to our customers concerning special offers or providing information about new products and services we offer. In every email we send, you are given the option to remove yourself from our mailing list.
