PARASAIL REGULATIONS

MANDATORY: MUST BRING One I.D. per guest.
Parasail rider fee is now based on availability at check-in.
Guests under 18 must have a parent at check-in to complete waivers and show photo I.D.
Tandem (2 persons flying at the same time) and Triple Flights.
Triple Flights are weather and weight permitting.
The total weight limit is 450 lbs
Children must be at least 6 years old and must be accompanied by an adult.

Credit card charges:
Charges will appear on your statement as "Concierge Hotline"

Boarding Information:
Please be outside at the departure point at least 10 minutes prior to the pick up time listed in your reservation.

Reservation Policy:
Every guest including young children, must have a reserved ticket to board any tour. Child rates ae for ages 3 to 9. Children ages 3 and under are free. For question regarding your reservation, please call (844) 235-0168 and refer to the confirmation number provided on this page.

Weather Policy:
Tours will go rain or shine. We all know the weather can be unpredictable. As we strive to make sure your adventure with us is the best it can be, sometimes we do have to deal with the issue inclement weather. If we cancel your trip due to any inclement weather issues, we will be in contact with you as soon as possible to work with you to either reschedule your trip or issue a full refund.

Cancellation:
Hotel Cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made without 24 hours notice are not elegible for a refund.
